Class Descriptions
 Our classes have been categorized based on the type of workout or desired outcome. The four categories are CORE, CARDIO, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, and WEIGHT CONTROL.

All of ANN WOLFE™ Boxing and Fitness (AWBF) classes are suitable for anyone regardless of age or fitness level. Our instructors are trained to modify the class to accommodate various participant fitness levels.

We provide a description to give you the length of the class, and a rating to determine the suitability of the class and for whom the class will be modified.

Each class title lists the class Instructor to the right of the title. ANN WOLFE™ denotes a class led personally by Ms. Ann Wolfe. AWBF denotes a class led by a member of the ANN WOLFE™ Boxing and Fitness staff.

CARDIO
BOXING CAMP  (ANN WOLFE™ or AWBF)
Description: 1 hour class, Rated “E” for everyone, Modified in real time to accommodate all fitness and boxing levels

Boxing is a great sport for anyone. Boxing training itself is 75% fitness. This traditional class consists of calisthenics and plyometrics for all fitness levels in traditional boxing style. Rope skipping, speed/swivel/heavy bag, mitts, and shadow boxing technique drills.
HI/LO AEROBICS  (ANN WOLFE™ or AWBF)
Description: 1 hour class, Rated “E” for everyone, Modified in real time to accommodate beginners

High Impact and Low Impact moves are mixed up for lots of options; choose to jump high or just have a light bounce in your step. The instructor pulls from many disciplines including boxing to create movement patterns including athletics, dance, jazz, hip hop, and Gospel. The intention is to get you moving and have some fun doing it!
LOW IMPACT AEROBICS  (AWBF)
Description:
